Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our open studio sessions, designed for independent and experienced sewists. To ensure a productive, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please review and adhere to the following policies: 📌 Self-Guided Work Only All open studio sessions are self-guided. No teaching, instruction, or technical assistance is provided during this time. If you require guidance, please book a private session in advance. ⏰ Session Duration Each open studio booking is reserved for the duration purchased (3-hour Studio Pass or 6-hour Sew n’ Yap session). Please ensure you clean up your workspace and vacate the studio promptly at the end of your scheduled time. 🎧 Respectful Atmosphere While open studio sessions encourage community and conversation, all participants are expected to remain respectful and considerate of others. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Loud music or disturbances are not permitted and may result in removal from the session without refund. ✅ Studio Rights Jaunaii Studio reserves the right to cancel an open studio session at any time. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available time slot.
